You will have between 1-3 years post admission experience in a high performing property team.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of the law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems. Our retirement living practice is the most successful in Australia and has been named by Best Lawyers 2026 as Best Law Firm of the Year for Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law. Our practice continues to grow from strength to strength, working with the largest retirement village owners and operators nationally. The Brisbane team is led by Partners Robin Lyons and Tammy Berghofer.In this role, you will assist clients in achieving their compliance and business objectives within Australia's retirement living sector.
