Civmec are currently seeking two Mobile Plant Operators to join the Christmas Creek Green Iron Project, supporting the Civil and Logistics scopes as part of Fortescue's transition toward green steel production.
The Role
Civil Mobile Plant Operator
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate small excavators for trenching, backfilling, and general earthworks
* Operate skid steers for site preparation, material movement, and clean-up
* Operate water carts for dust suppression
* Operate tipper trucks for transporting soil, aggregates, and other materials
Logistics Mobile Plant Operator
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 3.5t and 7t Telehandlers for lifting and handling tasks
* Operate a Fuel Truck to support site operations
* Operate a 32t Forklift for heavy material movements
* Safely load and unload materials from laydown to site
* Support general materials handling across the project
