* Circa $90,000-95,000 + super (base + bonuses)

Our client is a market leader within the Northern corridor, housing large sales and property management teams, with employee longevity spanning across both departments.
With ongoing and future growth plans, their current Property Manager is progressing within the business & they are seeking their next PM to take over her well run portfolio. BONUS - have her on hand for ongoing handover and questions.

* A well-managed portfolio circa 110 properties within the North Coastal corridor
* Shared experienced assistants that assist heavily on the portfolio
The Candidate
* End to end property management desirable
* Valid Real estate registration
* Valid drivers license
