Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs.
* Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
* Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
* Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
* Provide post‐implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
* Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
* Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.
Required
* Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles).
* Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM), etc.
* Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).
* Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques.
* Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
* Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
Preferred
* ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
* Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Performance Analytics, Orchestration, and Security Incident Response.
* Strong problem‐solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
