Property Conveyancer Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Property Conveyancer to join our property team on a full-time basis, based in Sydney or Canberra.
* Independently (under supervision) manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters for both purchasers and vendors in the ACT and NSW.
* Prepare and update sale contracts across a range of property types including off-the-plan developments and commercial properties.
* Coordinate with mortgagees caveators and other interest holders to complete settlements.
* Review negotiate and advise purchasers on purchase contracts.
* Utilize PEXA relevant stamp duty platforms and Land Titles Office processes including those specific to the ACT and NSW.
* Prepare lodge estate probate documents and liaise with authorities via PEXA.
* Manage leases and registrable dealings experience in this area is an advantage.
* Coordinate electronic verification of identity and client authority documentation.
