Role Summary
The role involves providing first class customer service to international travelers by the buying and selling of foreign currency.
Responsibilities
* Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
* Building customer rapport and repeat business
* Daily branch duties
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
* Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with customers, helping them understand their foreign currency needs
* Flair for sales, ability to promote services while working towards and achieving targets
* Self-motivated, energetic attitude and adherence to procedures
* Ability to work under pressure
* Eligibility to work in Australia

Hours and Pay
19.5 hours per week including Saturday work; base hourly wage plus award shift worker loadings.
