Job Opportunity:
The Compliance Consultant (Built Environment) position involves providing expert advice and guidance on legislative and regulatory compliance in the built environment. This role consults directly with clients, offering actionable insights to inform project scope and suitability for Performance Based Designs under National Construction Code Performance Requirements.
This is a part-time/casual opportunity with the possibility of becoming full-time. The successful candidate will be based in Geelong, Victoria, and have flexible work arrangements, including partial remote/home-based work.
To succeed in this role, you must possess relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field (e.g., Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying, Advanced Diploma of Building Design). You should also be able to provide current resume, referee contact details, and a cover letter highlighting your suitability for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and guidance on legislative and regulatory compliance in the built environment.
