Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are a modern, well-established Strata Management company located in South Perth, currently seeking an experienced and professional Part-Time Strata Manager for 20 -35 hours a week to join our close-knit team.
Our office is modern and comfortable, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a harmonious, respectful, and supportive working environment. The successful candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio independently while consulting effectively with Councils of Owners, lot owners, and contractors.

You will be working under the guidance of supportive Directors who value initiative, communication, and integrity.A minimum of 3-5 years of strata management experience is required for this position. Key Responsibilities:• Manage a mixed portfolio of strata schemes with a proactive and solutions-focused approach• Consult with Councils of Owners and lot owners, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and timely follow-through• Organise and attend AGMs, EGMs, and Council meetings, preparing accurate agendas and minutes• Ensure compliance with current strata legislation and by-laws, including advising on enforcement when necessary• Develop and manage annual budgets; monitor financial controls and expenditure• Maintain accurate records of correspondence, actions, and resolutions• Liaise with contractors and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service agreements• Support the growth and expansion of the business through excellence in service delivery• Oversee maintenance activities in accordance with the strata management agreement ensure that charges are applied as stipulated Key Attributes and Skills:• Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and use effective diary systems• Strong understanding of strata legislation, compliance obligations, and financial procedures• Relevant qualification: Diploma or degree in Strata Management, Property, or a related field is mandatory• Excellent client service skills – demonstrate that we genuinely care• Professional telephone manner and written communication skills• High-level IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and industry software like Strata Master, SMATA etc.• Capable of accurate financial tracking and reporting.• A dynamic communicator who can connect with people from all walks of life• Integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.• Collaborate effectively with the assigned assistant to manage work orders, address maintenance issues, and coordinate day-to-day property management tasks.• Willingness to take direction from the Directors while contributing ideas and improvements Flexible working hours available to support work-life balance and accommodate the right candidate's needs.
