As part of our journey to become Australia's leading digital insurer, we need a Communications Advisor to help shape how we communicate with our people and the public.
Key Responsibilities
Develop imaginative and engaging content for internal communications across multiple channels to drive employee engagement.
Deliver clear and compelling verbal and visual communications to engage the internal audience.
Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to foster connection, alignment, and celebrate our workplace culture.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content and event planning.
Liaise with various stakeholders and respond to employee enquiries.
Develop content for internal communications across multiple channels.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in internal or external communications, preferably in a large organisation.
Knowledge of communication best practices and industry trends, particularly in new technology and artificial intelligence.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to respond to shifting priorities.
