These through-coloured panels are primarily specified by architects for creating unique, durable, and sustainable ventilated façade systems.About the OpportunityWe're looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Facade Specialist; ANZ to join our Sales & Marketing team for Equitone.
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert supporting façade projects across Australia and New Zealand—from specification to installation and beyond.You'll work closely with architects, engineers, installers, and distributors, delivering technical guidance, training, and on-site support.
You'll also play a key role in maintaining technical documentation, certifications, and compliance standards, while contributing to product development and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end technical support across the customer journey across ANZBuild strong relationships with distributors, installers, and façade consultantsDeliver technical training and on-site installation guidanceMaintain and update technical libraries and documentationSupport certification processes and ensure compliance with ANZ standardsAssist with claims and complaints management via SalesforceContribute to product development, testing, and technical projectsAbout YouDegree in Engineering (Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science) or Architecture; equivalent knowledge gained through substantial industry experience may be considered5+ years in the Australian construction industry, ideally in façades; experience may include engineering consultancy, working with building materials (particularly architectural façades), or technical roles within constructionStrong ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specificationsSolid understanding of Australian and New Zealand construction codes and façade complianceProficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); Revit and Adobe InDesign/Illustrator experience a plusProven ability to develop technical manuals, guidelines, and documentation for construction or building materialsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsA proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for learning and collaborationOur Teammate PerksEtex Australia prioritises professional development, focusing on mentorship and supportive team environments that foster individual growth.Flexible / Hybrid working modelCompany car, phone and PCYearly salary reviewsEAP services for you and your familyReward and recognition programPaid Parental Leave for Primary and Secondary CarersFully supported trainingGreat culture, supportive team environment; we work together and help each other "enjoy a laugh whilst working hard"Sound like you?
