**How will I help?**
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is energetic and self-driven to join the Data Operations and Enterprise Services team within the Data Platforms business unit as a **_Senior _**_Delivery Manager - Embedment Lead _**.
You r role will be supporting the CORE - Data Risk Governance workstream (WS16) which will be focused on supporting the Data Management Operating System (DMOS) including data incident an d problem management process across the Bank.
**What you will do**
- Support the workstream Lead (Head of Data Operations and Enterprise Services) to deliver the project.
- Lead the embedment team (including internal partner teams) to ens ure they execute your workstreams to deliver the right business outcomes to a high level of quality and to the agreed cost and timeframes.
- Lead the embedment team to ensure issues, risks and dependencies are appropriately closed off and have no or mínimal impact to the overall project.
- Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the life-cycle of your projects.
- Work with your team to be "ahead of the curve" to remove any obstacles for future work to deliver your workstreams.
- Monitor and report to the Program Director and Project Sponsor on status of embedment progress towards milestones and deliverables.
- Comply with the Westpac governance processes, to ensure stakeholders understand their role in delivery and that the required decision making and escalation processes are in place to help achieve the required outcome.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise methodologies and processes, such as the Project Execution Framework methodology (PEFm) and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) and provide input to develop and improve such methodologies and processes.

**What do I need?**
Essential:
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience in the successful definition, mobilisation and delivery of complex projects that impact multiple business areas.
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience in change management.
- Experience engaging with and managing senior stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple items simultaneously
- Experience in end-to-end project delivery - business case development through to execution and implementation
- Ability to work in demanding and high pace environment
- Tertiary qualifications
Desirable:
- Agile delivery experience
- Project management certification (e.g. PMI, CSM)
- Stakeholder management
- Experience working within data led projects
