Job Title: HR Business Partner
This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level advice and support to managers on recruitment, remuneration, and contract management processes.
* Liaise with payroll, managers, and employees to resolve pay-related matters in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field, or relevant industry experience.
* Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources practitioner with expertise in various HR activities.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and e-recruit platforms.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
