Job Description
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to perform comprehensive commercial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments that inform strategic decision-making throughout negotiation processes.
* Analyse financial valuations and related data to assess the value and risk profile of potential transactions.
* Prepare and deliver investment recommendation papers to support key business decisions.
* Oversee the execution of transactions and ensure compliance with internal approval frameworks.
* Facilitate the successful integration of acquisitions by partnering with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 6+ years experience in corporate development, commercial, strategy, consulting or similar fast-paced environments.
* Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, law or related field.
* Ability to synthesise complex issues and prepare high-quality materials to support decision making.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills, strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including building external and internal relationships.
