The Role
You own NSW. That means the people, the performance, and the results.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Setting and executing the NSW growth strategy
* Leading, coaching and developing your team across Signorino and Woodcut
* Building and maintaining senior relationships in architecture, construction and development
* Driving commercial results - revenue, margin, forecasting and pipeline
* Holding the standard on brand - every client interaction reflects who we are
* Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Procurement
* Using data and CRM to make informed decisions and track performance
This is a role where strategy and execution sit side by side. You need to be comfortable in both.

* Have 5+ years of proven success in commercial leadership roles

* Come from architecture, design or construction - or can show you understand the world
