We are a leading manufacturer of branded and private label muesli and snack bars in Australia. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Rowville, where we produce a wide range of delicious products.
As a Payroll Specialist at Good Food Partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all our employees are paid correctly and on time. You will be responsible for preparing and distributing wages and salaries to employees accurately and on schedule. This includes maintaining pay records, associated time keeping data and statistics, leave records and related information.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a payroll from end to end for at least 200 people. They will also have previous experience working with a medium size modern accounting and payroll package, preferably Pronto Xi. Additionally, they should have advanced data analytics and root cause analysis skills, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure that compensation methods are compliant with statutory requirements and taxing authorities. They will also be responsible for monthly reconciliations and preparation for leave, payroll, salary sacrifice, payroll tax, group tax, Workcover, Superannuation and FB, as well as authorised payroll deductions.
