Our Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the College's brand, communications, and marketing strategy, with a clear focus on enrolment growth, brand awareness, community engagement, and reputation management.
This strategic yet hands-on role partners closely with the Principal, College Executive, and Admissions team to deliver impactful campaigns, ensure disciplined brand stewardship, and tell the Kingswood story with clarity, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a values-driven Marketing & Communications Plan aligned to College priorities and enrolment goals
* Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all channels
* Lead acquisition and retention campaigns, tracking key metrics to optimise performance
* Manage and deliver the College website, social media channels, and digital marketing initiatives
* Produce high-quality publications and content, including newsletters, prospectuses, handbooks, and video
* Provide expert communications support for key events, alumni engagement, and advancement initiatives
* Act as media liaison and oversee issues and crisis communication planning
* Build strong relationships with staff, parents, students, alumni, and community partners to strengthen advocacy and connection
Successful applicants will:
* Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications desirable)
* Demonstrate at least 5 years' experience in a senior marketing and communications role, ideally in the education or not-for-profit sectors
* Show a proven track record in strategic planning, campaign delivery, and digital marketing
* Have exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
* Possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Be skilled in brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and creative content production
* Hold a current Employment Working With Children Check
