As the Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) at our brand-new home, you will lead our Wellbeing team in creating and delivering meaningful, engaging lifestyle programs for our residents.

About YOU:
* Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or other relevant qualifications, including Certificate III in individual support (Ageing)
* Experience in Lifestyle within aged care or similar experience
* Ability to be creative, compassionate, and supportive in developing quality Lifestyle programs
* Ability to lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful activities
* Ability to build effective, positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and colleagues
* Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
* Willingness to embrace multicultural diversity and uphold residents' dignity and preferences
* Willingness to adopt new technology, software, and social media
* Problem-solving skills and initiative to maximize positive outcomes
