We are seeking an Administration Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and maintain accurate records for client events within the finance system.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, preferably in the Aged Care sector, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
About This Role
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role until August 2025. You will be based in the Unanderra Office and work 5 days a week. Our office is a supportive and inclusive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of others every day.
* Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates to the system.
* Process data entry of client events into the finance system and related programs.
* Undertake client data verification activities and checks.
* Answer client fee account enquiries and follow up as required.
