What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:
* Performing HVAC maintenance, fault finding, installations, and replacements
* Managing the customer experience from start to finish
* Working on residential and commercial HVAC projects
* Collaborating with our electrical and plumbing teams
* Supporting and mentoring apprentices
* Managing your own workload with autonomy and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
Current Refrigeration License
SA Driver's License
White Card
National Police Clearance (required)
DCSI Clearance (preferred)
Previous HVAC maintenance or installation experience (residential or commercial)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
