We are seeking a skilled professional to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role involves performing tasks to document and classify service requests, determine the best approach to handle issues, and escalate urgent matters.
The primary objectives of this role include:
* Client service and support
* First call resolution and office logistics
* Continuous improvement
Day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing customer service, gathering information on technical issues, allocating tickets to appropriate resources, and escalating urgent matters.
To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional client service skills, ability to follow defined processes consistently, willingness to learn new systems and skills, good written and verbal communication skills, time-management and prioritisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
