Home Care Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. The position is located in Wangaratta, Victoria.
The successful candidate will provide individualised care and assistance to clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and computer skills
* A flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing situations
* Confident using electronic communication and applications
* Valid CPR and First Aid certification
* Certificate III in Ageing, Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
* Full driver's license and suitable transportation
* Ability to provide client transportation
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
