Customer Service Representative & Digital Service Representative (Eastgardens Service Centres)
Overview
We are recruiting for Customer Service Representative and Digital Service Representative positions at our Eastgardens Service Centres. The role requires the ability to travel independently to the Eastgardens location for each scheduled shift.

Part‐time (20 hours per week). Positions available as ongoing (Part‐time) or temporary up to 12 months.
Salary & Grades
* Customer Service Representative – SNSW Clerk Grade 3/4, starting annual salary $71,959 plus superannuation and leave loading.
* Digital Service Representative – SNSW Clerk Grade 2/3, starting annual salary $62,500 plus superannuation and leave loading.
Working Hours
20 hours per week. Work may be scheduled on a rotating roster to cover operational hours, including Saturdays. Minimum 14 hours per week required for part‐time role.
Responsibilities
* Handle a variety of customer enquiries and complaints with confidence and care.
* Provide support and advice to customers, ensuring each interaction reflects Service NSW's commitment to excellence.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver high‐quality service.
Qualifications
* A natural flair for customer service and strong communication skills.
* Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage complex enquiries.
* Intermediate computer skills and confidence navigating multiple systems.
* Clear understanding of handling confidential and personal information responsibly.
