About the Role
Operating within Direct Admissions Services, the Coordinator, Credit Management maintains the data and functionality of ACU's credit management system and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that precedent data and prior learning is accurately captured and applied in the assessment of course credit requests. The Coordinator, Credit Management will provide a range of information and support services to university staff, current and potential students, and external stakeholders to enable the efficient calculation, request and application of recognition of prior learning in accordance with ACU policies and requirements. The Direct Admissions Services function is a centralised national ACU department that manages internal and external direct admissions processes including conversion activities and analyses data to continuously improve the customer experience of processes including internal transfers, credit transfers and cohort admission.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and maintain functionality of ACU's course credit management system.
* Manage and ensure accurate data for prior learning and credit requests.
* Support staff, students, and external stakeholders with credit and recognition of prior learning services.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of admission processes through data analysis.
Benefits
* Annual base salary $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) per annum for HEW 7.
* Total remuneration valued at $124,509 - $134,699 (pro rata) per annum.
