What you’ll do
Complete and enter work orders into relevant systems efficiently and accurately
Manage all aspects of invoicing
Assist in monthly reticulation audits (supporting senior team members)
Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, filing, and managing email correspondence
Assist with the preparation tender documents in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders
Handle permit applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Raise and track purchase orders
Assist with quote creation in collaboration with Management
Conduct site inductions for staff and contractors
About you
Experience with Simpro and Microsoft
Proven experience in an administrative or contracts support role
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
