Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Allocator located in Brisbane, QLD. The Allocator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the allocation of resources, managing customer bookings, and ensuring the efficient utilization of our fleet. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication with drivers, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
Qualifications
* Allocations and Analytical Skills
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in computer software and logistics systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or a related field is advantageous
