Leda Holdings is a privately owned property development company with a strong track record across residential, mixed-use and master-planned communities. With a growing pipeline of projects across New South Wales, we are seeking an experiencedSenior Development Manager to join our Sydney–based team.
This is a senior, hands‐on role suited to a commercially minded development professional who can take projects from acquisition through to delivery.
The Role
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end management of multiple development projects across NSW, including:
* Managing projects from site acquisition, due diligence and feasibility through to design, approvals, construction and delivery
* Preparing and managing development feasibilities, budgets, programs and cash flows
* Coordinating consultants including planners, architects, engineers and other advisors
* Managing planning and approval processes with councils and authorities
* Overseeing construction delivery in collaboration with builders and project managers
* Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
* Supporting acquisitions and contributing to overall development strategy
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 10years' experience in property development, ideally in residential or mixed‐use projects
* Strong feasibility, financial and commercial acumen
* In‐depth understanding of planning and approval processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
* Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Estate Master and Microsoft Office suite
