The Membership Coordinator plays a key role in supporting MRBTA members to thrive by offering connection to MRBTA's marketing and visitor servicing channels, and business training and development opportunities.
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Membership Coordinator strives to provide an outstanding level of service for our 700+ members, acting as the first point of contact for all membership enquiries.
The Membership Coordinator provides support to the team to ensure that membership services are delivered in a way which is both efficient and tailored to the individual needs of members.
This is a part-time role (3-4 days per week), based at the Margaret River Visitor Centre.
Key Accountabilities
Member support and development
Assist with coordination of membership calendar, including training and product development programs.
Ensure that excellent service levels are delivered to members through providing a range of in-person and online support.
Provide trouble shooting support for bookings and referrals through MRBTA channels.
Administration
Support annual membership renewals process.
Assist with the delivery of member onboarding.
Assist with member account administration, using systems such as the CRM, Sharepoint and member support register.
Assist with administration of member benefits.
Assist with membership reporting and other internal processes as required.
Marketing & Communications
Assist with accurately representing member product on MRBTA's consumer channels, e.g. Regional Map, and member content at Margaretriver.com
Contribute to the delivery of communications with members – e.g. Weekly newsletter, MRBTA Members' Facebook Group, relevant sections of mrbta.com
Assist with internal product training for visitor servicing and marketing
The successful candidate will be:

Adaptable & Resilient: Thrives in a dynamic environment, adjusting to shifting priorities as needed.

The Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association (MRBTA) is a self-funded, not-for-profit, incorporated association with over 50 years' experience in supporting the Margaret River Region to thrive through tourism.
