Job Description
We are seeking two full-time or part-time Assistant Accountants Compliance to join our national accounting team in Dulwich (Eastern Suburbs). The role focuses on supporting managed corporations across Australia in providing accurate and timely financials and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Financial Statement Review and Preparation:
 * Reconcile general ledgers
 * Review of financial statements
 * Preparation of Quarterly GST and BAS for each strata management
 * Preparation of annual income tax returns
 * Liaise with clients and contractors
In this role, you will need exposure to preparing quarterly GST and BAS, completing taxation returns, and performing general ledger reconciliations. You must be able to manage your time effectively, have a solution-focused attitude, and multitask efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
 * Tertiary level qualification in accounting
 * Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent written and oral communication skills
 * Proficient and confident in Excel
 * Ability to work independently and within a team
