We Value Your Work
Travel, reports, calls, emails, session planning all count towards your billables. See 4 clients per day on average. Plus, we provide a dedicated weekly admin day for reports and planning, which is also billable.
Travel Policies
Travel a maximum 30‐45 mins from home. Once in an area, you stay clustered within ~15 mins. Travel is billable and counts toward your targets.

As a Senior, your experience matters. We match clients to your:

Compensation
You have a protected base salary, which means your income is consistent and guaranteed. Once you reach your individualized weekly target, you unlock your revenue share up to 48% of your fortnightly revenue. Paid fortnightly. Senior clinicians can earn 100k+.
Career Progression
We promote internally first with pathways in team leadership, mentoring, clinical speciality, and operational leadership. Uncapped revenue means your efforts are rewarded. All the stability and support of a permanent role, all the flexibility and autonomy of a sole trader, none of the set‐up costs, risks and responsibilities of running your own practice.
Flexibility
Choose your days, control your diary (9‐day fortnights available), schedule work around your life. Unrestricted unpaid leave: take leave year‐round – no restrictions.
