You will focus on industries aligned with property, including residential real estate agencies, and infrastructure services such as engineers, architects, and other associated professionals. With a focus on direct, property-backed lending, you will manage transactions up to $50 million, providing tailored financial solutions that build lasting value.

What role will you play?
You will utilise your expertise in commercial lending to prospect and qualify potential clients while building lasting and strategic relationships. In this sales-focused role you will nurture prospective clients, understand their unique business needs, and tailor financial solutions to generate growth. Joining an exceptionally high performing and accountable team your key deliverables will include achieving monthly sales targets, conversions, quality, compliance, and KYC.
What You Offer
- Experience in a sales environment, within financial services with strong commercial credit and analytical skills

- Pipeline, relationship and stakeholder management skills with a track record in delivering results
