Job Requirements Ideally, you will: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related discipline. Bring 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing technology roles. Skilled in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Emarsys, Klaviyo, Braze). Confident in data integrations across marketing and analytics systems (CDPs, CRM platforms, APIs). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with basic SQL/data querying. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and tagging troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across marketing, data, and tech teams. Experience in eCommerce and retail environments. Familiar with CDPs, marketing platforms, and clienteling tools. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation. Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes. Job Responsibilities As MarTech Specialist, you will support our global marketing technology ecosystem. This role blends technical expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver seamless platform integration, data-driven campaigns, and future-ready solutions that elevate customer engagement worldwide. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimise core platforms, enable sophisticated CRM automations, and implement cutting-edge capabilities—including AI-driven enhancements. From coding content blocks to ensuring data integrity and system performance, you will play an important role in shaping how technology influences Zimmermann's marketing strategy and execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Platform support: Own and optimise core platforms (CDP, ESP, Clienteling, CRM) to ensure seamless integration and marketing effectiveness. This includes supporting development of the e.g. clienteling solution, raising business requirements, creating briefs and testing implementation and analyse performance. Future proofing: Identify and implement emerging capabilities—especially AI-driven enhancements—to keep MarTech ecosystem future-ready. CRM campaigns and automation enablement: Partner with the CRM Strategy Manager to build and deploy lifecycle campaigns, automations, transactional flows, SMS/MMS, A/B tests, and global Loyalty communications in the Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Emarsys) across all regions. Front-end coding: Code front-end assets (HTML/CSS), including the development of reusable and dynamic content blocks to support graphic designer specifications and campaign deployment. Technical Support & Performance: Troubleshoot issues, maintain platform stability, and optimise system performance across the MarTech stack in line with SLAs. Marketing Feeds: Be the technical support for generating and managing product feeds required for digital marketing and new website setups. Data Integrity & Integrations: Support API integrations and data flows across marketing platforms, contributing to an accurate and unified Single Customer View (SC Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to prioritise requirements, drive enhancements, and ensure smooth execution of MarTech projects.
