Administrative Support Professional

This role involves providing administrative assistance to the Principal and Business Manager in a dynamic school environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling enquiries, and scheduling appointments. They will also maintain school records, process correspondence, and organise student-related activities.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with staff, parents, and community members are key aspects of this role. The ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work independently or as part of a team is essential.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist with financial tasks such as processing payments, reconciling invoices, and managing school accounts. They will also coordinate school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of facilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in administrative or financial tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in office software and systems, such as Microsoft Office or similar platforms, is highly desirable.
