About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate and high performing
Regional Sales Manager
to join our Queensland based team. This role is a
permanent full-time Monday to Friday
opportunity based in our Brisbane office.
Reporting to the
State Sales Manager, QLD,
you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching and motivating your team to achieve sales revenue targets, enhance customer experience and drive strategic outcomes.
In This This Role You Will
* Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team
* Achieve state sales revenue and related sales and customer experience targets
* Provide strategic and operational insights to continuously improve the sales process and customer experience
* Champion a customer-led approach across the sales lifecycle
* Monitor and manage sales and settlement pipelines
* Contribute to set up of new Sales Centres
* Provide strategic and operational insights to continuously improve both sales process and customer experience
You will bring your proven sales management experience in residential land / housing along with your track record of exceeding sales targets. Your thorough knowledge of legislation governing real estate sales and knowledge of state market challenges and opportunities will be well regarded.
A valid real estate licence or certificate is required for this role.
