About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service team member to join our vibrant Jamaican Mist' cafe in Hobart, Tasmania.
What you'll be doing
* Providing friendly and attentive service to customers
* Taking customer orders and payments, and preparing food and beverages
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the cafe
* Assisting with stock replenishment and cafe operations as required
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
* A friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
* Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
