The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar administration or PA role, supporting a team or senior individual. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and possess excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and prepare documentation, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Manage internal and external accounts: process payments, invoices, and follow up on outstanding items, liaising with relevant departments.
* Coordinate maintenance works by issuing work orders to approved service providers.
* Attend promptly to tenant service requests.
* Provide general administrative assistance: managing mail, archiving, photocopying, typing, scanning, collating, and binding.
* Prepare accurate monthly expense reconciliations for applicable buildings.
* Assist managers with onboarding and off-boarding of employees.

Requirements:

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
