Our face-to-face services are provided across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales and we delivered telehealth across Australia. We are currently seeking allied health professional to join our team on a flexible/casual bases to conduct NPA assessments. This role would be based in our Maroochydore office.
This role will suit Psychologist, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologists. You will need to be motivated, inspiring and an accessible individual who can pursue outcomes for employed people with disability. You will be flexible and adaptable and be able to manage shifting work priorities.
**Your role will include**:
- Working with diverse clients to identify employee barriers to accessing or doing their work, and recommend intervention, equipment, modifications and/or other support to help them overcome these barriers
- Working within an evidence-based practice model - providing NPA assessments,
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders such as DES Providers, Employers, Employees

**About YOU**:
- Friendly and professional psychologist who seeks to work in a multidisciplinary team environment

- You will be flexible and adaptable and be able to manage shifting work priorities
- Registration (or eligible for Registration for Provisional role) as a psychologist or Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). This role may be suitable for Rehabilitation Counsellor (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors - AsoRC). Accredited Mental health/Social Workers need to be registered by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Exercise Physiologist will need to be registered with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and
- Minimum 2 year experience working with disability
- A desire to be part of a highly professional allied health team and experience close supervision
- An ability to communicate with a wide cross-section of the community and non-English speaking background clients
- Initiative, problem solving skills and energy
