Every dollar raised helps ensure that our highly trained crisis supporters are available 24/7 on, providing life-saving crisis support and suicide intervention services.

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bookfair Warehouse Volunteer Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our busy warehouse. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our Bookfairs, by supporting and coordinating the efforts of our incredible volunteer base.
The successful candidate will:
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive volunteer environment where every individual feels valued and respected.
* Encourage open communication and embrace the diversity of skills, experiences, and opinions across our volunteer team.
* Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient organisation, catering supplies, and preparation of communications and engagement activities.
* Manage volunteer rostering to ensure appropriate coverage while meeting health and safety requirements.
* Monitor and report on warehouse maintenance, safety, and security matters.
* Support the planning and delivery of the Bookfairs by ensuring warehouse processes align with event requirements.

With a collaborative and respectful approach, you create an environment where volunteers feel supported, heard, and empowered to contribute. You are highly organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining safe and effective warehouse operations.
