Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and manage client interactions for optimal outcomes

* Efficiently manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Manage phone calls and email inquiries
* Billing clients correctly and handling payments
* Learn and competently use various software applications
