Job Opportunity: Senior Retail Assistant – Fashion
Location: Goddess Noosa, Noosa Heads
Hours: Part-Time (2–3 days per week, including some weekends)

About the Role:
As a Senior Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the team on the shop floor, and stepping into team leader duties when required. You'll help create an inspiring in-store experience while keeping things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
· Solid customer service and retail experience
· A genuine interest in fashion and styling
· Confidence to support and guide the team in the manager's absence
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Availability to work 2–3 days per week, including some weekends
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers
· Assisting with day-to-day store operations
· Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation
· Leading by example on the shop floor
· Taking initiative with stock, displays, and team support when needed
