If yes, this is the career move for you, ATZ Care needs you.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, we require you to hold:Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care (preferred) or other relevant qualification such as Mental HealthNDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory or willing to complete)National Police CheckWorking with Children CheckFirst Aid certificate and CPR (preferred)NDIS Workers Orientation module (mandatory or willing to complete)Eligibility to work in AustraliaFully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence.Current full driver’s licenseCompetencies and Experience:Previous experience in a similar role – Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.Previous experience of supporting People with disabilities.Previous experience supporting clients with Behaviours of Concern and Behaviour Support PlansDemonstrated proficient English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Ability to prioritise effectively and organise your own work /caseload.Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.BenefitsPay rates vary based on day of week & shift type, but rest assured we like to recognise our carers' skills & experience.
