Key skills and experience required include AQF Cert IV in Commercial Cookery with a Diploma in Hospitality Management or higher qualification, minimum one year of relevant Australian work experience, proficiency in English language, excellent communication – both written and verbal, strong understanding of workplace WHS procedures, and authority to work in Australia.
