About the Company - We have an fantastic opportunity to work for an amazing global wholesale travel company who has experienced a huge amount of growth based in QLD you will cover the entire region.
About the Role - The primary purpose of this position is to generate and engage with business partners (Travel Agents) to build new business for this company, whilst also maintaining existing business.
Responsibilities
* Develop new Agent relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
* Demonstrate and present the product to new and existing Travel Agents
* Strive to meet sales targets to drive business growth month by month whilst being responsible for the achievement of Travel Agent sales targets and personal activity KPIs.
* Develop a calling strategy to achieve Agent sales targets for the company and provide weekly sales updates on activities and opportunities.
* Maintain existing business through regular engagement - phone / email / zoom / in-store
Qualifications
* You will ideally come from a travel BDM background but travel consultants will be considered
* You will be focused, self-motivated
* You will have strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
* You will be able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
* You will be able to work collaboratively with a global team.
Pay range and compensation package - Salary on offer is $85 -$90k base plus super bonus and car allowance package $120k
