Summary:
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting staff to reach their full potential. If you're a motivated leader with a commitment to aged care excellence, this role offers the opportunity to create a supportive, resident-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the operational management of the facility, ensuring compliance with aged care legislation, accreditation, and industry standards.
* Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassion.
* Oversee budgets, rosters, and resource allocation to maintain financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
* Implement and monitor quality systems to ensure continuous improvement in care delivery.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders, providing transparent and responsive care.
* Drive initiatives that enhance staff engagement, resident satisfaction, and overall service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Essential).
* Relevant qualifications in Healthcare, Management, or Finance (Desirable).
* Proven experience managing an aged care facility with strong operational and leadership capabilities (Essential).
* Comprehensive knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance.
* Strategic, results-driven, and capable of inspiring and guiding teams through positive change.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality aged care and fostering professional growth in your team.
