About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Aboriginal Health Practitioner to provide high-level clinical care and leadership within our primary health programs. This role will deliver direct patient care in line with the our Model of Care, lead Aboriginal Health Assessments, manage patient care plans, and contribute to health promotion activities.
The Senior Aboriginal Health Practitioner will also provide clinical supervision, mentoring and training to Aboriginal Health Workers, trainees, and students, while supporting quality improvement, clinical governance, and culturally safe practice across services.

* Certificate IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a registered Aboriginal Health Practitioner in a primary health setting.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to Aboriginal Health Workers and students.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice guidelines.
