Business Manager Position
Guluguba State School is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of the school community, you will play a vital role in supporting the Principal in the administration and management of financial matters.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent finance experience in OneSchool, along with exceptional organisational and time management skills. They will also have outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to collaborative teamwork, and the ability to work independently and effectively solve problems.
Responsibilities include:
* Financial Management: Administer day-to-day financial matters, including invoicing, processing payments, entering purchase orders, banking, reconciling invoices for payment, reconciling corporate cards, creating assets, and following up on late payments.
* Human Resources: Assist with the supervision and management of school support staff, checking timesheets, entering casual claims in My HR, and managing leave and rosters.
* Facilities Management: Collaborate with external facilities management teams to oversee minor works projects and ensure effective planning and review processes.
