About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join a high-performing residential project sales team within a growing property business. As a Residential Project Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving off-the-plan sales, managing buyer relationships, and supporting the continued expansion of the residential platform.
This role suits a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling team with strong career progression.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage buyer enquiries, take detailed briefs, and maintain accurate CRM records
* Conduct viewings, site inspections, and negotiate off-the-plan transactions
* Manage contract workflows, documentation, checklists, and settlement processes
* Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, agents, and channel partners
* Support domestic sales campaigns, launches, events, and presentations
* Provide weekly sales reporting and participate in regular sales meetings
* Collaborate with internal teams to share information, support training, and ensure access to sales materials
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally project/OTP
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve consistent sales rates
* Highly organised with excellent communication and attention to detail
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both autonomously and within a team
* Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
* Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
