Job SummaryMorasalaty is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support our SaaS platform and ensure high-quality customer experience. The role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, handling customer requests, and working closely with internal teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for customers using Morasalaty SaaS and resolve platform issues (L1 & L2 support).Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely updates and closure.Investigate recurring issues and perform basic root cause analysis.Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams when needed.Support customers with platform setup, configurations, and usage guidance.Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve service quality.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.2+ years of experience in Technical Support or SaaS support role.Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer handling skills.Preferred experience in supporting SaaS platforms or similar systems.
