Agile Delivery Manager/Project Manager
As an Agile Delivery Manager/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, and enhancing the project experience by practicing both Waterfall and Agile Project Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Project Planning and Management - Manage project scope, deliverables, risks, timeline, and commercials;
* Stakeholder Management - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;
* Project Experience Enhancement - Provide a superior project experience by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies;
* Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
* Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of Waterfall & Agile frameworks;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Demonstrated ability to provide a better project experience through effective leadership and process improvements;
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
