Responsible for new business and rollover lending up to indicative letter of offer acceptance

**Your new role**

You'll be responsible for new business and rollover lending mainly for non-prime commercial property interest-only loans.

Business development is broker-centric, so the key to success in the role is building and having an established network of local brokers and contacts within large aggregators to generate viable leads.

Role KPI's
- Meet individual New and Rollover Volume, NIM and fee targets
- Managing deal-flow from new opportunity (including rollovers) to indicative acceptance

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a BDM or Originator in a bank or non-bank with a focus on the broker market
- Background in sales, deal origination and loan execution
- Strong financial analysis, credit and property lending skills

**What you'll get in return**

You'll work with a well-established brand who are a non-bank leader in commercial lending. You'll receive a competitive remuneration of between $170,000 - $190,000 inclusive of super plus bonus.
