About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll be hands-on in every aspect of the sales process - from prospecting and client relationships to marketing and open homes. You'll gain real experience, fast, while supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with buyer enquiries and client communications
* Conduct open homes and private inspections
* Attend listing appointments, auctions, and appraisals
* Prospect for new business through calls, door-knocking, and follow-ups
* Manage CRM data and assist with contracts and sales documentation
* Liaise with vendors, buyers, and key contacts throughout the campaign
About You:
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or working towards one)
* Strong work ethic and genuine passion for property and people
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using technology and CRM systems
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
